Guests pay into your own Stripe account, and Stripe pays out to your bank. Nori never holds your money. On Free, our 5% is taken automatically at checkout, so there is nothing to invoice.

Questions
How do payments work?
You connect a Stripe account from inside Nori in a few minutes. Guests pay you directly and Stripe pays out to your bank. Nori never holds your money.
Who pays the fees?
You decide for each event: cover them yourself, or show them to guests as a booking fee. Stripe's card fee (about 1.5% + €0.25 for European cards) applies on every plan.
Which emails count toward the weekly limit?
Only newsletters, invites and messages you send to your guests. Tickets, confirmations, reminders and recaps are always unlimited.
Is the price per community?
Yes. Each community has its own plan, so one can run on Pro while another stays on Free.
Do clubs and non-profits get a discount?
Yes. Registered associations and non-profits get a discount on Pro. Write to info@nori.club.
Can I take my community with me?
Always. Members, events and content can be exported on every plan, including Free.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices are net, plus VAT where it applies.
